ROI was founded in 1998 by experienced industry professionals whose knowledge of their markets make ROI the preferred staffing firm in the area. Since its founding, ROI has served the Construction, Environmental and Engineering markets. In 2005 ROI successfully launched an IT Staffing division focusing on ERP solutions in the SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft markets.
